Khloe & Lamar's Malika came out to Drake's Grammy After-Party and caught up with StarCam's Jennifer Tapiero. The night was definitely an emotional one, due to the death of Whitney Houston the day prior. Malika opened up about how the tragedy impacted her.

She described the moment she found out that Whitney Houston had died, saying that Khloe texted her saying how sad it was. Malika had no idea what she was talking about and was quickly shocked with the horrible news.

"I was like 'Ok. Call ya in a minute,' kinda took a pause and I just hit the floor. That woman has been everything to me since I was a little girl, so it was very hard. It was very, very hard," she explained. "…It's always sad when anyone passes, but ultimately, I didn't cry when Michael [Jackson] died but I loved him…all of a sudden when Whitney died; it did something to me."

Just about everyone who came out for the event had somber words for the legendary singer. I think they all knew that Whitney would have wanted them to celebrate the accomplishments that were awarded earlier that night, rather than sulking and sobbing on a day that was meant to be an uplifting one.

Malika went on to talk about some of her favorite artists and songs, realizing that she loves all genres and pretty much every artist! The first two she named are about as opposite as they come, Taylor Swift and Rihanna. Now that is a diverse music collection!

There was no avoiding Khloe & Lamar during this conversation. Malika opened up about what a fun-loving and charismatic person Jamie Christopher is and adjusting to the constantly rolling cameras, saying that you just learn to tune them out. She's currently focusing on getting her acting career back on track. Some of her favorite accomplished actors are Natalie Portman and George Clooney.
