Gigi Foster, Yolanda Hadid and David Foster hit the red carpet at The Heart Foundation Gala where David would be presenting the awards for the evening. StarCam’s Jennifer Tapiero caught up with the family and got the scoop on how Dr. P.K. Shah, who was honored at the event, has made a difference in their lives.
“We’re all here to support P.K. and his wife Kimberly and P.K. does such great work,” said David. “Someone as young as Gigi doesn’t need someone like P.K. in her life yet, but when you get to be my age you’ve got to take care of yourself. P.K. takes care of me…I go regularly to P.K.…it’s a pain to have to do that, but I want to live. Hopefully he’s helping me do that.”
Yolanda and Gigi agreed that David works way too hard and way too much, but admitted that his work does play a role in his stress relief. Gigi said that sitting down at the piano gets him through everything. Many of his most beautiful songs came from a personal struggle.
