David Arquette chats with StarCam at the Ringling Bros. Fully Charged event about his hot new club in West Hollywood called Bootsy Bellows and his new movie Black Limousine.
"It's sort of a psychological film," he says. "A guy's having a really hard time; he's stuck in his head. He's a composer who's driving a limousine to pay his bills but there's a lot going on in his brain."
