Chloe Sevigny is one jack of all trades in the acting world. She's currently appearing on American Horror Story, and now, she'll be a star in A&E's drama, Those Who Kill, based on a Danish series called Den Som Draeber.

Sevigny will play a character named Catherine, who is a detective driven by anger. She's become a workaholic, dedicating her entire life to her work and not leaving room for a social life. The pilot revolves around her and a forensic profiler who possess a "deep understanding of the serial killers they hunt."

If the series gets picked up, it will be Sevigny's first regular role since she co-starred on HBO's Big Love for five seasons. That show ended in March 2011, and since then she's had roles elsewhere but nothing constant.

The show is being touted as A&E's attempt to make a dent in the original scripted programming category, with other efforts including a Psycho prequel that will star Vera Farmiga called Bates Motel, and another drama called Longmire.

Those Who Kill will shoot this fall in Pittsburgh, and will be directed by Joe Carnahan. Glen Morgan wrote the pilot, and he will executive produce it with Jonas Allen, Peter Bose, Brian Grazer, and Francie Calfo.
