Amber Rose – it seems like she can’t stay away from drama lately. Between her exploits with Yeezy and Wiz Khalifa, there was more than enough to go around. But now, there’s even more – the model says that the cover story printed about her on this month’s issue of Vibe magazine is full of lies.
Rose sounded off on her Twitter page, saying the cover story was “untrue and ridiculous.”
“Just read ‘my’ interview in @VibeMagazine half of the story was untrue & ridiculous,” she wrote.
In the Vibe story, Rose revealed details about her life after dating Kanye West, her relationship with Reggie Bush, why her story is relatable and how she’s become something of an icon. But it seems she’s not happy with the end result.
She continued, “F*** that Cover, F*** @VibeMagazine yall wrote a bunch of negative bulls*** that I never said or did. Yall don’t give a f*** that I have a Mom & Family that’s gonna read that fake a** s*** I gave yall a truthful interview & yall f***ed me. I’m so sick of keeping my mouth shut I didn’t ask for this life it was handed to me I was nothing but nice to everyone I spoke to @Vibe.”
Yikes! Sounds dicey. Over the last two years, Rose has attempted to build a brand for herself – she worked with Ford Models in 2009, has appeared in a host of hip-hop videos, and at one point she was pitching a reality show about her plans to launch a line of eyewear. Her Twitter rant has stirred speculation that it may just be an attempt to help boost magazine sales – perhaps fans will wonder what lies are printed?? Vibe has not issued a statement regarding the allegations.
The June/July Sexy Issue of Vibe is a double cover that hits newsstands on June 6.
