The truth is coming out about the beat-down Shia LaBeouf took in Vancouver last week. The man who restrained LaBeouf from retaliating told TMZ the “Transformers” star threatened to pull a knife on him!
The knife was never seen, but LaBeouf may be less of a victim and more of the antagonist in the brawl outside of Cinema Public House, a Vancouver nightclub he had been frequenting.
Shea Carter, the man who held LaBeouf back, noticed the star inside the bar before the fight, and said he had been drunkenly swaying into patrons. This includes the man who later took off his shirt and beat the actor to the ground.
There was a quick exchange of words and the pair took it outside from there. After the beat down, Carter tried to stop LaBeouf from going back into the bar. That’s when the celeb got hostile.
“Well what if I grabbed my knife on you?” said LaBeouf to Carter.
At that point he restrained him for his own safety, just in case the threat was valid.
Shortly after, LaBeouf walked away and Carter headed back inside. A bit later, Carter looked outside to see the actor making a throat-slashing gesture at him through the window.
No comment has been made by LaBeouf or his representative.
