When we posted video from the Teen Choice Awards After-Party, the question everyone seemed to have was, "who's the girl with the giant hair bow on her head?"
Turns out that she is 13-year-old Tallia Storm, a Scottish R&B singer. I visited her site to hear her music, and discovered that the kid has a serious set of lungs. Her songs are definitely worth checking out.
According to an interview she did with the UK site Female First, Tallia got her big break by approaching Elton John's partner, David Furnish, with her CD and a note in a hotel. Furnish passed the music along to Elton John, who liked it enough to invite her to perform with him in Falkirk, Scotland.
She does not yet have a label, or a debut album, but has performed at events throughout the US and the UK.
