If ABC gets their way they might have found a replacement for Regis Philbin! Rob Lowe has been guest hosting with Kelly Ripa for the last two days and the network loves their chemistry!
According to TMZ, the network has contacted Rob’s reps about making the hosting job on Live! permanent, but as of now, he’s non-committal.The TMZ camera crew caught Rob on his way to the airport, and asked him if he thought he could live in New York and he didn’t seem opposed.
"We were just talking about that. I love New York. I love the energy. It would be a change of pace. I'm a California boy, but it could be fun."
