One of the most talked about celebrities has vowed to stay out of the media for a while. Lady Gaga sat down with Oprah Winfrey for an episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter where they talked about a lot of things, but there was one piece of the program that stood out. Gaga said that after that interview she wouldn’t be lining up anymore “for a very long time.”
The pop icon has accomplished a lot in her life, but she still has a lot of things she wants to tackle. "Yes, I want kids. I want a soccer team, and I want a husband,” she said to Oprah. Family is incredibly important to Gaga, which also ties into a serious fear she has. She’s known for being controversial and outrageous and sometimes that leaves her in a state of unrest.
"I just want my family to be safe,” she said. "Because I am sometimes polarizing, I fear for their safety."
One way she has started to handle all the chaos that comes with being in the spotlight is that she’s stopped reading articles and she’ll be suspending booking interviews for a long time.
