Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may be in the midst of an ugly cheating scandal, but their Twilight characters are more in love than ever. Summit Entertainment released a handful of new stills from Breaking Dawn – Part 2 today, and two of the pics show Bella (Stewart) and Edward (Pattinson) enjoying a romantic embrace outdoors. Breaking up is hard to do, but it has to be even more difficult when you and your ex star in a blockbuster together and the studio splashes lovey-dovey promotional shots across the web.
For its part, the suits at Summit Entertainment are undeterred by the Pattinson-Stewart drama and plan to promote the film as planned.
"While it is studio policy not to comment on the personal lives of actors, Summit is moving full steam ahead and looking forward to this November's opening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 2," Nancy Kirkpatrick, Summit’s president of worldwide marketing, told Entertainment Weekly.
