
L.A.’s longest running film festival kicks off Thursday, November 1st with the world premier of Hitchcock. Lucky attendees will get to see the film at the historic Grauman’s Chinese Theater. The movie tells the story of Alfred Hitchcock (played by a spot-on Anthony Hopkins) and his wife (Helen Mirren) working to get his iconic film Psycho made.
The festival runs from November 1st through November 8th, and includes screenings of 80 full length films and 56 shorts from all over the world. Films will be shown at Grauman’s Chinese Theater, the Chinese 6 and the Egyptian Theater. Offerings include highly anticipated cult film John Dies at the End and Life of Pi. The festival will end with the world premier of Lincoln on the 8th.
