One of Hollywood’s biggest heartthrobs is chasing a seriously sexy role! Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder is hoping to score the role of Christian Grey in Universal’s film adaptation of the steamy and erotic book Fifty Shades of Grey.
Christian’s character is a 27-year-old millionaire with a secret side to him. That secret is the majorly kinky habits he has hidden in his closet! Though Ian is 33, his dark hair and crystal blue eyes would definitely earn him a pass in the age department! He was on Ryan Seacrest just this morning and mentioned that he could possibly be in the running for the highly sought after role and it sounds like he wants it badly!
"I absolutely would be up for that, it could be amazing," he said to Ryan. "I have the book and I just started reading it. That would be a pretty incredible thing, and hopefully that could pan out…I think that would be a phenomenal opportunity!”
