After years of longing for a child, reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic are finally parents. Edward Duke Rancic was born via gestational carrier at a Denver hospital last night, weighing in at a healthy 7 pounds, 4 ounces.

"Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives," Giuliana told E! News. "Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"

The couple’s reality show, Giuliana and Bill, documented much of the Rancics’ heartbreaking struggle with infertility. Giuliana suffered a miscarriage in 2010, endured two rounds of IVF treatments, and was diagnosed with breast cancer later that year. However, she and Bill refused to give up on having children and eventually decided to go with a surrogate.

"One of the things we've always tried to do is help others with our story," Bill said on Today in April. "Whether it's with the infertility issues, whether it's with the breast cancer, we said we're gonna turn these negatives into positives. And if we can help others by sharing our story, then it's worth it."

After undergoing a double mastectomy, Giuliana is now in remission and thrilled to be a new mom.

StarCam has had the honor of interviewing Bill and Giuliana Rancic a few times over the years and have chatted with the couple about everything from fashion to cancer treatments. Check out the exclusive interviews below.

Congratulations, Giuliana and Bill!
