Over 300 bands are confirmed this year for tiki-party-themed The Fest, an annual punk rock festival in Gainesville, Florida, organized by No Idea Records.
Taking place for the eleventh time the weekend of October 26th, The Fest features shows in 10 different downtown venues, more Pabst Blue Ribbon than you could possibly drink in a lifetime, and a flea market filled with tattoo parlors, screen prints, water pipes, design companies, clothing lines, artwork, charities, and more.
While it is a predominantly punk rock festival, there are also a good number of indie rock, country, and metal acts.
Some of this year's highlights include Lagwagon, Anti-Flag, Braid, Naked Raygun, Frank Turner, Streetlight Manifesto, Baroness, A Wilhelm Scream, Mustard Plug, Andrew Jackson Jihad and Propaghandi.
There are only 800 weekend passes left for sale at $100 a pop (over 3,000 were originally available!) so check it out if you're looking for a rowdy, PBR, punk rock riot!
