Former Playboy playmate turned film star, producer, and fitness expert, Donna Spangler has become a role model for women over 45. Her dedication to a healthy lifestyle helped her win first place last week in the IFBB Pro Bikini Championship.
"I am thrilled with this honor, all of the years of hard work and dedication to fitness has paid off, and I could not be happier," Donna said.
The 49-year-old beauty competes with Team Fox and the contest was held at Veterans Stadium in Culver City, California.
You may have seen her as a special guest on Planet Love Match Radio. She also created the Beverly Hills New Media Film Festival and she's currently the beauty and fitness editor for LA SPLASH Magazine.
