Disney star Mitchel Musso was arrested Monday and charged with a DUI in Burbank, Calif. The underage, former “Hannah Montana" actor was pulled over at 3:43 a.m. after he failed to slow down for officers directing traffic, according to police.

"He didn't obey instructions and was pulled over. A DUI investigation was held and he was given a field sobriety test,” Burbank Police Sgt. Sean Kelley told E! News.

When the police approached Musso’s 2007 Mercedes Benz there was “a strong odor of alcohol,” TMZ reported. He was given a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer which definitely didn't go in his favor. Musso blew way over the .08 BAC limit, the legal limit for someone over the age of 21.  Musso is only 20-years old.

The young star was booked and taken to a nearby station. Bail was set at $5,000, but because Musso didn’t have any warrants he was released without paying the bail.

Musso is still an actor with Disney.  He currently stars on “Pair of Kings” and does voiceovers for the animated series, “Phineas and Ferb.”
