Tuesday night’s results show for Dancing with the Stars left a lot of us at home scratching our heads. Jaleel White and his partner Kym Johnson have done well throughout the competition so far. Sure, they’ve had some rough weeks, but I think every couple in the running has screwed up at least once.
I think everyone expected to see Melissa Gilbert, her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Roshon Fegan and his partner Chelsie Hightower in the dance-off. Neither couple did particularly great this week nor did it seem like their skills were necessarily improving. America saved Maks and Melissa for at least another week though.
Even in the dance duel my attention was drawn to Jaleel and Kym. Roshon and Chelsie are ok, but nothing really impressive. I was shocked when all three judges picked them to stay and sent Urkel home for good! It’s getting down to the best of the best now, which makes it even more important for everyone at home to vote. This week we had three couples tied for second place with scores of 27 out of 30! It’s a tight race. We talked with Bruno Tonioli recently and he couldn’t stress that very point enough. Check out the full interview with one of the DWTS judges below!
