Adam Lambert was the first American Idol contestant to headline a world tour the year after his Idol appearance. Can he make history again by becoming the first Idol alumnus to return to the show as a judge?
Judge Jennifer Lopez has said that she is considering leaving the show to pursue other projects. Rumers about who will take her place run the gamut from Miley Cyrus to Charlie Sheen, but Adam Lambert is a fan favorite for her replacement. Lambert says that no offer has been made yet, but, he'd be thrilled to judge the show.
We spoke with songwriter BC Jean, who wrote song "Outlaws of Love," which appeared on Lambert's second album, "Trespassing." She dished about what it's like to write for a performer with Adam Lambert's flamoyant and empowering style:
